ONLINE RETURN POLICY Effective as of: December 1 2023

1. EXCHANGES. We allow exchanges only. We may allow returns for refund on a case by case basis. Shipping through USPS is used on all orders and if damage to item{s} is a result of handling while shipping buyer will be referred to the USPS to file a claim with the insurance claim process outlined by the USPS and is the sole responsibility of the buyer to initiate/follow through on. Insurance is paid for and initiated on every purchased shipped from on behalf of the buyer. All responsibility for the claims process lies with the recipient. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 2 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Pictures may be requested as well. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.

2. RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. All items are available for exchange if not received in living condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

4. CONDITION OF ITEMS, all live plants received are expected to be free of any plant disease at time of delivery. Are parts of plants are to be in healthy living condition free from rot, disease, or fungus. Anything other than a healthy plant arriving or properly functioning item will be eligible for exchange. 5. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
